Veal cutlets pounded thin, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs, then browned. Served Milanese-style topped with a salad of arugula, fresh mozzarella & Roma tomatoes or Parmesan style topped with house marinara, fresh mozzarella. Served with spaghetti & house vegetable.


Chicken Piccata
Local chicken breast cutlets seared & simmered in lemon, white wine & capers. Served with spaghetti & house vegetable. Available with veal.


Stuffed Prime Filet
Pan-seared prime filet stuffed with mushrooms, fresh goat cheese & herbs. Topped with a cracked black pepper cream sauce & served with chef's choice of vegetable.

14 oz. Prime NY Strip
14 ounce super prime New York Strip grilled to your preference, chef's choice starch & vegetable, roasted garlic butter.


20 oz. Cowboy Cut Ribeye
Twenty ounce bone-in ribeye grilled to your preference. Chef's choice starch & vegetable. Roasted garlic butter.
